Eco Flower Fairies LLC (EFF LLC) - Wholesale Information, Terms & Conditions

1. General Information
Eco Flower Fairies is the U.S. brand and Eco Flower Fairies LLC is the exclusive distributor of the Romanian manufacturer S.C. Ambrosius Prodcom S.R.L.
Our dolls are handcrafted in the Waldorf tradition out of environmentally friendly materials: wool felt, wool, cotton interlock knit, cotton fabric, pipe cleaner wire, wood, non-toxic textile paint, and recycled paper.
3. Safety Warning
Safety Warning: CHOKING HAZARD! Except for the dollhouse dolls, the dolls from our seasonal collections are not toys. They are ornaments for DECORATIVE purposes. They contain small parts that can accidentally detach if mishandled. Not suitable for children under the age of 3!

5. Resale of Products
To assure compliance with applicable United States toy safety standards and the manufacturer’s intent, products purchased from EFF LLC can be sold as follows:
- The products must always be sold accompanied by the product tags provided for this purpose.
- White label sales or sales under a different brand name are prohibited.
- The online listings must mention the following info in the product description section: Handcrafted in Romania by SC Ambrosius Prodcom SRL for Eco Flower Fairies LLC, the exclusive US distributor
5. Minimum Wholesale Order Value
The minimum order amount for EACH wholesale order is 20 products. The value may be distributed across product lines.
Wholesale Accounts may only offer “pre-order” for goods if the account has received an order confirmation (invoice) and the goods are in transit to the account’s shipping address.
6. Placing Wholesale Orders
To open a wholesale account please contact us. Once your wholesale account was enabled, you will be able to purchase our products at wholesale prices.
7. Packaging Options
We do not provide individual packaging for wholesale purposes. All wholesale orders are delivered in bulk, with bulk hangtags only. No additional packaging is included in the cost per item. The packaging supplies are optional and can be ordered here.
8. Changes to Orders
Any changes or cancellations must be emailed within 24 hours. We are not able to change or cancel orders once processed and shipped.
9. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed order pricing will be honored.
10. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
Our products are handmade and take a lot of detail and time. To preserve their value and honor the work invested in them, they shall only be regularly sold at or above the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), which is the exact pricing listed in our website's “Retail Only” section.
11. Temporary Sales / Discounts
In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place individual products for sale at a temporary discount with no minimum quantity required, the following restrictions apply:
- Maximum discount: 15%
- Maximum time length: 4 days
- Frequency: no more than once a month
- Seasonal collections cannot be discounted throughout their corresponding season, they can only be discounted at the beginning of the following season (for example the Summer Collection can only be discounted after the Fall Collection is made available).
- Exceptions: sales related to major holidays (i.e. Valentine, Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.) and Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales can be extended to one week and can include all products, regardless of their season.
Sale pricing may only be applied to goods held in stock by the Wholesale Account.
If the Wholesale Account would like to discount at a higher percentage or for a longer period, prior approval from EFF LLC must be obtained.
EFF LLC allows the first-time buyer discount and the newsletter sign-up discount as long as it is 10% or under but does not permit the use of permanent discounting (with no minimum quantity required) via affiliate codes.
In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a permanent discount, the minimum quantity restrictions apply:
- 5% off for a purchase of 3 dolls
- 10% off for a purchase of 4 dolls or more
13. Returns
No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted. Only damaged or defective goods may be returned with prior notice. All details related to our returns and refunds policy are listed here https://www.ecoflowerfairies.com/pages/wholesale-returns-and-refunds
14. Damages
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at ecoflowerfairies@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt to report any damaged or defective items; the shipping courier should be notified of damages received in shipment immediately. Damaged or defective items may be returned and will be replaced with new merchandise. Items will only be accepted within 15 days of the order receipt.
15. Payments
EFF LLC accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as well as PayPal and checks made payable to Eco Flower Fairies LLC. All orders require pre-payment.
Starting with September 15, 2022, Net30 agreements are no longer accepted.
16. Availability
By default, all out-of-stock goods will NOT be placed on back-order. Orders will be filled based on availability.
17. Shipping
Shipping charges will be invoiced. Occasional we offer free shipping based upon the purchase value. All orders ship from Phoenix, AZ, via USPS and UPS. We do not drop-ship.
Please allow at least 10 business days from the time of your order for receipt of shipment. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
Items purchased from EFF LLC may not be sold through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, or similar social media groups, or any other third-party shopping portal (defined as any site not owned by the reseller) without prior written permission.
19. Product Information and Images
All of the product information and the corresponding individual product pictures (single doll with plain background) from our website can be reused for reselling purposes.
We do not send catalogs in the mail for the good of the environment. Our “Products A-Z Collection” is our showroom.
The artistic pictures from our homepage are copyrighted and are not shareable. If you are interested in any of them, please check out the Artwork page of our website, where you can find the information related to their owner.

20. Partnership
When opening a wholesale account with us your business will automatically be added to our newsletter and listed on the “Our Retailers” page.

21. Wholesale Agreement
By opening a wholesale account with us and becoming our vendor you implicitly agree with all of the terms and conditions listed above. All wholesale accounts are also subject to the following:
- If our Terms and Conditions are not observed, we will contact you to address the situation. The repeated breach of our Terms and Conditions will lead to the permanent closure of the faulty wholesale account.
- All wholesale accounts without purchases for a calendar year from their last purchase date will be automatically closed.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to close any wholesale account at any time.
