Wholesale Returns and Refunds
No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted. Only damaged or defective goods may be returned with prior notice.
REPORTING A PROBLEM
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at email@example.com within 3 business days of receipt to report any damaged or defective items; the shipping courier should be notified of damages received in shipment immediately. Damaged or defective items may be returned and will be replaced with new merchandise. Items will only be accepted within 15 days of the order receipt.
In the event of misshipment, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days of receipt to report it; all shipping costs related to returns will be our responsibility.
If no replacement is available in the inventory, you can choose exchange (similar value), store credit, or refund.
Please indicate whether you would prefer store credit or a refund. All refunds will be made to match the original payment method. Any store credit (gift certificate) used to pay for your order will be refunded as store credit only.
We are not able to make exchanges. Please place a new order. If you return items due to misshipment, to exchange them we will issue a store credit that may be used towards a new order.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Any changes or cancellations must be emailed within 24 hours. We are not able to change or cancel orders once processed and shipped.
