Wholesale Returns and Refunds
Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects but we do accept returns if you are not satisfied with them within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be unused and its original packaging in new (resealable) condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REPORTING A PROBLEM
Problems with an order, such as missing or incorrect items, must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
In the event of misshipment, replacements will be shipped for free to the original shipping address. If no replacement is available in the inventory, you can choose exchange (similar value), store credit or refund.
Problems with a delivery, such as a delayed or missing package, must be reported within 14 days of shipment.
We do not accept returns if 30 days passed from the date of the purchase.
We do not accept returns without prior written authorization. Please alert us before making any returns: Simply let us know your name, order number and reason for return by writing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply with instructions for your return.
Returns requested within 30 days from the date of the purchase that received our written return authorization will receive a refund of the purchase price calculated according to the deductions listed below:
1) Shipping fees are not refundable. If your order received free shipping, the corresponding freight amount will be deducted from your return.
2) A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the value of the returned merchandise.
3) In addition to the restocking fee, a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from the value of the merchandise for orders paid via Shopify Payments (by card).
After receiving and inspecting the return, the following deductions may also apply:
1. The value of each damaged item will be deducted from your refund (if any).
2. In case of damaged packaging only, a $0.50 will be deducted for each damaged packaging (if any).
Please indicate whether you would prefer store credit or refund. All refunds will be made to match the original payment method. Any store credit (gift certificate) used to pay for your order will be refunded as store credit only.
We are not responsible for packages returned to us. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If we issue you a return label, the shipping cost cost will be deducted from your refund.
A shipping carton separate from the product's packaging must be used for return shipments.
We are not able to make exchanges. Please place a new order. If you return items in order to exchange them we will issue store credit (calculated as in the above RETURNS section) that may be used towards a new order.
Orders may be cancelled in three hours after being placed.
Cancellations for orders paid via Shopify Payments (by card) are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled after three hours that have already been processed but not shipped are subject to an additional 2% packaging and handling fee.
Orders shipped and refused upon delivery will be refunded according to the deductions listed in the Returns section.
