Retail Returns and Refunds

Money-Back Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee for returns made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging, which must be in new (resealable) condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Reporting a Problem
- Order Issues: Report any problems with an order, such as missing or incorrect items, within 5 days of receipt. For misshipments, replacements will be shipped to the original address at no additional charge. If a replacement is not available, you may choose an exchange (of similar value), store credit, or a refund.
- Delivery Issues: Report any problems with delivery, such as delayed or missing packages, within 14 days of shipment.

Returns
- Returns must be authorized in writing prior to being sent back. Items, unless marked otherwise, may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping), provided they are in their original packaging and in new (resealable) condition.
- To initiate a return, email us at ecoflowerfairies@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

Refunds for returns will be processed for the purchase price, excluding shipping fees. If the order received free shipping, this cost will be deducted from the refund. A minimum fee of $5.00 will be deducted if the product or its packaging is not in new condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. A separate shipping carton must be used for returns.
Orders placed with a gift certificate are returnable for store credit only.

Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. To exchange an item, please place a new order. For returns due to misshipment, we will issue store credit (as detailed in the RETURNS section) that can be used towards a new order. Shipping costs for returns due to misshipment will be covered by us.

Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be emailed within 24 hours. We cannot change or cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped.

For refused packages and those returned due to incorrect addresses, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, less actual shipping costs. Please notify us if you decide to refuse your order and provide the reason.
